Chokoku-ji Temple
Zazen is one of the practices of Buddhism, that describes the meditative discipline of returning to your own beginning of existence by adjusting your breathing and body. You won’t gain anything particularly new from doing zazen, but it teaches you to toss everything unnecessary away and return to your true self. At Chokoku-ji temple you can try zazen meditations every Monday from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
