At the Media Lab Bio Mechatronics Group of MIT, Ken Endo is engaged in the analytic study of the human body's ability and the development of prosthetic legs. Launched in 2014, prosthetic company Xiborg has become the leading manufacturer of the fastest prosthetic legs in the world. Now, the company's goal is to design prosthetics that will help athletes competing in 2020 Paralympic Games perform better, or on an equal playing field with regular athletes.
To help popularize Para sports, the company has created a new “Prosthetics Library”, a place where anyone can feel free to try out various prosthetic legs for athletic sports.
