Located in Kuramae, a historical warehouse district in northeastern Tokyo, Nui was established in one of these old buildings after an intense renovation. Unlike other hostels that represent modern Tokyo, with crisp-white walls and high-tech interior, Nui boasts a laid-back atmosphere, resembling Tokyo of the past. The hotel staff combined their ideas with designers, carpenters and craftsmen from all over Japan to create a comfortable space for travellers. Escape Tokyo’s bustling streets for a while and enjoy the warmth and minimalistic look at Nui.
