The JR Yokosuka Line connects Tokyo Station directly with Kamakura Station. The one way trip takes just under an hour and costs 920 yen.

15 minutes by bus from JR Kamakura Station
Take a Keihin Express Bus bound for Kamakurayama
Get off the bus at the Takasago bus stop

15 minutes by bus from JR Ofuna Station
Take a Keihin Express bus bound for Kamakurayama
or bound for Enoshima via Kamakurayama
Change buses at the Kamakurayama bus stop.
Take a bus there bound for Kamakura Station, starting from Kamakurayama.
Get off at the Takasago bus stop.
