Tsuruya Yoshinobu is a traditional wagashi (Japanese confectionery) store founded in Kyoto in 1803.
Tokyo Mise, their outpost in Tokyo’s Nihonbashi, also has a café and shows off Kyoto’s culture and hospitality.
While upholding the deep tradition of Kyoto sweets, which can be savoured with all five senses, they serve a limited-edition menu of treats made with modern techniques.
