Naoko Tnijiri Profile : Cook, Food Planner
After working as a fashion stylist and brand producer, Naoko started working in the field of food and catering. Currently, she heads a reservation-based restaurant called “HITOTEMA” which is based around the theme of homecooking in the Shibuya Tomigaya area. She also conducts projects related to restaurant industry, food equipment and tools.
