Jinsuke Mizuno is a leading curry ‘researcher’ in Japan.
He takes his spices all across the country – and recently across the world too – to make curry with local ingredients during live cooking shows on location, which are then dished out to visitors.
Mizuno-san is a true curry renaissance man: he’s authored countless books on curry, runs a spice mail order business, and set up a curry school. With these diverse projects, he hopes to make people communicate with each other through curry.
